These Terms govern use of the BallUp mobile application and related services operated by Wright Hoops LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You may not misuse the service, violate laws, or harm other users.
• You are responsible for the content you upload or submit.

User Content

If you upload photos, reports, or other content, you represent that you have the right to share it. You grant Wright Hoops LLC a non-exclusive license to host and process that content to operate and improve the service.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review and moderate user-submitted content, including photos, reports, suggested edits, and court submissions. To keep the service safe and accurate, we may reject, remove, limit visibility of content, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions and Billing

BallUp may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly plans such as BallUp Premium Monthly and BallUp Pro Monthly. Subscription length, pricing, and included features are shown in the app at purchase time.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Payments Provider

Digital purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Wright Hoops LLC does not directly process App Store payment card details. Prices may vary by region, currency, and storefront.

Location and Court Data

BallUp uses location data to help users discover nearby courts. Court details may include community-submitted content and can change over time. We do not guarantee the ongoing accuracy or availability of every court listing, amenity, schedule, or status.

Service Changes

The service may be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time. Features and availability may change without notice.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, misuse occurred, or legal/security action is required.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wright Hoops LLC provides the service "as is" and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
