Wright Hoops LLC operates BallUp, a mobile app that helps users discover and manage basketball court information. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and what choices users have.

1) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

• Court photos and related content you upload (for example, court images and related metadata).
• User submissions such as favorites, reports, and suggestions related to courts.

B. Information collected automatically

• Location data (precise and approximate, while the app is in use): used to show nearby courts and distance-based results.
• Device/app identifiers: including app instance and anonymous user identifiers used for app functionality and security.
• Push notification token: if you allow notifications, we store a push token to deliver alerts you request.
• Purchase/subscription status: we use RevenueCat and app store billing systems to manage premium entitlements. We do not receive your full payment card details.

C. Information from third parties

• Service providers (for example Firebase, Expo, RevenueCat, Apple App Store / Google Play) may provide service-related identifiers and status data needed to operate the app.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide core app features (finding courts, distance sorting, saving favorites, and showing court updates).
• Operate user-generated content features (photo upload, review/moderation workflows, report handling).
• Send notifications you enable (for example updates related to court status/events).
• Maintain app security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide and manage subscriptions/premium access.

3) Permissions We Request

• Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): to show nearby courts and distance-based results.
• Photos/Camera access: to let you choose or capture court images for upload.
• Notifications: to deliver app alerts when enabled.

You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.

4) Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to provide the service, including with:

• Firebase (Google) for database/storage/auth-related backend services.
• Expo for app service infrastructure (including notification-related services where applicable).
• RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management.
• Apple App Store / Google Play for billing/subscription transactions and app distribution.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

5) Data Retention

We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by data type (for example, account-linked records, uploaded content, and operational logs).

6) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. You may also:

• Disable location, camera/photos, or notifications in device settings.
• Request account/data support using the contact information below.

6a) Account and Data Deletion

BallUp by Wright Hoops — Account Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using either method below:

Option A — In-App (Fastest)

1. Open BallUp
2. Tap your profile icon (top-right of the map screen)
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the request

This submits a deletion request to our support team for processing.

Option B — Email

Send a deletion request to support@wrighthoopsllc.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted:

• Your Firebase account (email, display name, UID)
• Saved favorites and preferences
• Court flags and issue reports submitted by you
• Account deletion request record (after processing)

What may be retained:

• Court photos you uploaded (retained for up to 90 days, then removed)
• Analytics events (anonymized, retained for operational purposes)
• Manager claim records (retained for dispute resolution purposes)

Requests are typically processed within 30 days.

7) Children's Privacy

BallUp, operated by Wright Hoops, is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.

8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our service providers. Data protection laws may differ by jurisdiction.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post updates with a revised "Last updated" date.
